My Grown Up Christmas Wish
Firstly, get your mind out of the gutter! Not that kind of grown up Christmas wish.
I have been waiting for almost four years to get this Christmas present: Good Christmas photos! Any good family photos really. I've been so frustrated with Zoë not looking at the camera lately. (OK, all of this year). Well, she seems to have turned a corner. The other day she actually asked me to take her picture. Um, hello? OF COURSE!!! It's a Mommy's dream come true. We have never ever gotten good Christmas photos. Last year, in all the family chaos, we didn't take a single family picture. This year I made it a point to take some, and look!
Zoë is looking at the camera and smiling. That is all the present I need. That is not to say that is the only present I got. Apparently I was a good girl this year. Lookie what my darling husband got me.

Ooooh, ahhhhh. It's pretty. It's sooo pretty. It is actually from Zoë and Kelly. He asked her what I would like for Christmas and she said, "Mommy likes computers and pictures and cartoons and Josh Groban." I think an iPod Touch fits that bill. I can use it with my computer, to look at pictures and to listen to Josh Groban. Oh, and Zoë can use it watch cartoons. I may never get it back.
I downloaded and episode of My Friends Tigger and Pooh for Miss Zoë to watch and an episode of Samantha Who? last night. I had never seen that show. It is really funny! I may just have to download the other episodes to watch on my cool new iPod. (Yes, I have a perfectly good television, but what is the fun in that?)

Adorable photos! I think I would faint if Ella ever asked me to take her picture. And your new iPod looks AWESOME!
