Happy Thanksgiving
We had a really low-key Thanksgiving, which was just fine with me. Ryan and Janice came down for the day with the kids. Kelly and Ryan continued their yearly tradition of golfing on Thanksgiving but this year it was actually a beautifully sunny day (cold, but sunny) instead of a downpour. The kids played and played. It was a good day.
Here is one of Zoë's most recent masterpieces from preschool. A Thanksgiving turkey. Perfect blog decoration, don't you think? (More here).

I asked the kids what they were thankful for while we ate dinner. Here are their answers. (I love three year olds).
Harry: Trains and fish
Zoë: Stars and fish
I took loads of pictures of the kiddos and none of them turned out. UGH! Some how my camera settings got messed up. Janice tried another little photo shoot right before dinner but they were pretty much done with the camera by that time. Grrr. She did get a couple cute ones. My favorites of Miss Zoë and her cousin "Princess Baby Charlee." (Click on the images to view them larger).
And a couple family pictures... Can you believe that I did not take a single picture at Thanksgiving last year? What kind of scrapbooker am I? Geez! There is no way I was letting that happen this year. So here you go. Us. Our little families. Thanksgiving 2007.

Oh my goodness .... HOW precious are my 'angel babies' ~~~ how I wish I could have been there to kiss those sweet cheeks!! We missed you here at home, not the same without you guys here to celebrate with us - you practically had more people at the dinner table than we did!
